From blockages to millions: entrepreneur Anatolii Chychkaliuk’s experience on Amazon

Every day, millions of entrepreneurs are put to the test on Amazon, the largest online retailer. Here, success is measured by capital, speed of decision-making, and the ability to work with data. In this environment, Anatolii Chychkaliuk, founder and owner of Netex Noex LLC, has managed to build a business with a multimillion-dollar turnover, earning a reputation as an expert in international trade and a mentor for novice sellers.

“Amazon is a marketplace where there is no room for chance. You can grow in a month and lose everything in a day. Here, the winner is the one who can make quick decisions,” says Chychkaliuk.

Perhaps it is this skill that sets him apart from many of his colleagues. In 2023, Amazon sharply tightened its account verification rules for sellers. For thousands, this was a disaster: blocked accounts and lost shipments. But Chychkaliuk’s team found a way out — they started selling other sellers’ products through their accounts. The move was risky but effective: daily revenue reached $12-16 thousand, and annual turnover approached $4 million.

“Many chase after expensive goods with high margins. But the reality is different: stability comes from small items that are bought in thousands. The mass segment with a margin of 15-20% works more reliably than single expensive sales,” he emphasizes.

Today, his company’s product range varies from children’s toys to garden tools and pool filters. But there is no chaos in this diversity. Each direction is tested analytically: services such as Helium allow you to assess demand and competitiveness even before the product is launched.

The second facet of his business is mentoring. Under the Stellar Sky Consulting LLC brand, Chychkaliuk advises and supports sellers, helping them build and grow their businesses on Amazon. Today, his team works with sellers from the CIS, helping them adapt to the American market. The range of services includes account auditing, sales analytics, advertising strategy development, supplier search, and even complete management of the client’s business. The company’s average annual net profit exceeds $100,000.

One striking example of his work is the story of a musician client who, out of love for his profession, tried to sell musical instruments. The expensive and bulky goods did not find buyers: people wanted to see them in person, check their quality, and play the instruments before buying. Chychkaliuk then suggested changing the strategy and focusing on toy musical instruments: drums, maracas, ukuleles. Lightweight, affordable products that could be purchased in bulk proved to be a successful solution and quickly made the client a sales leader.

Chychkaliuk is convinced that trade will change radically in the coming years. Drones will take over round-the-clock deliveries, cars will switch to autopilot, and advertising and pricing will finally be handled by algorithms. “The future belongs to programmable agents. But one thing will remain with humans—the ability to take risks,” he believes.

Winner of the international Moscow Life & Business Award 2021, member of the jury for the prestigious United Talents Award 2024, member and advisor on strategic development for the international Worldwide Business Alliance, owner of successful companies in the US- Anatolii Chychkaliuk does not like to talk about luck. “Success is a combination of experience, intuition, and technology. But the main thing is not to stop. The market changes every week, and if you are not ready to change with it, you have lost,” he sums up.
