Igor and his business partner Alex have been working within the moving industry for nearly sixteen years. During this time, they had become incredibly familiar with the ins and outs of the industry, both positive and negative. As such, they saw a vacancy in the market that they were uniquely prepared to fill.

Before getting into the moving business, Igor’s background was in finance. As Igor says, “We saw a lot of opportunities in the industry, we wanted to make it better, and we wanted people to struggle a little bit less. Because for a lot of people, it is really stressful. So we saw what companies were doing, and what we could do better, and how we could be different.”

In everything the team has done since the company’s founding, they have strived to live up to the name and provide a pure moving experience for each of their customers. The brand’s goal is to continue expanding Pure Moving Company’s operations along the West Coast and potentially entering the Texas market as well. As Igor details, the team would like to see their overall moving volume grow to around 30,000 moves per year, which would be about double the current level.
