2 ounces tequila

25 ml espresso
25 ml of coffee liqueur

1/2 oz young mezcal
5 pinches of hot sauce
5 pinches of Maggi sauce
3 pinches Worcestershire sauce
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz agave syrup
1 bottle of Mexican lager beer
Garnish: Chipotle salt rim, lime wedge


Frost a glass with chipotle salt. Add all the ingredients except the beer to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the prepared glass over ice. Cover with the beer. Garnish with a lime wedge. Use the remaining beer to fill in as needed.

Campari IPA

50 ml Campari
300 ml of IPA beer (pale ale)
Mineral orangeade (orange juice and mineral water)


Take two glasses and put 2-3 ice cubes in each. Divide 50 ml of Campari between the glasses and cover with 300 ml of IPA. Add a splash of mineral orange and rub a piece of orange peel around the rim of each glass before serving.

2 ounces bourbon
3/4 ounce maple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
5 ounces light beer, cold
Garnish: orange slice


Add the bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a shallow glass and stir. Add ice cubes, cover with beer, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with an orange slice.
