Nic Williams’ The Real Estate Collective Is Observing Rapid Growth as it Prepares to Partner With Alex Hormozi

In early 2026, leading Fairbanks real estate agent Kevin Nicolas Williams, better known as Nic Williams, launched The Real Estate Collective after six years of leading a team and working as a broker.

The boutique brokerage is built around customer service, education, and practical technology. He started the company alongside his fiancée, an experienced Fairbanks real estate agent with more than 20 years in the industry. Together, they have helped clients buy and sell more than 1,500 homes.

Instead of chasing rapid expansion, Nic aimed to create a business where clients receive direct support throughout the buying and selling process. That approach reflects the values Williams has developed during his career and continues to strengthen through strong market performance and careful business growth.

Building a Brokerage Around People

The Real Estate Collective initiated yet another strong year for Williams. He is again the number one solo real estate agent, with 60 homes sold so far this year and more than $18 million in sales volume. Those results provide a strong foundation as he prepares for the brokerage’s next stage.

The business recently added its first sales agent, a personal assistant, and a social media intern. Williams’ plans did not involve expansion until 2027, but the brokerage’s rapid success created multiple hiring vacancies.

The brokerage has also climbed to the number six position among local brokerages. Williams has stated that the goal is to remain focused on customer relationships rather than becoming a massive corporate operation.

Technology also plays an important role. The Real Estate Collective plans to use artificial intelligence to simplify everyday tasks and improve communication. Education is another priority. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers or families relocating to Alaska. By explaining each step clearly, the brokerage helps clients make informed decisions with greater confidence.

Today, the firm’s growing services include:

  • Residential home buying and selling.
  • Client education throughout each transaction.
  • AI-supported communication and workflow.
  • Social media marketing focused on local buyers and sellers.
  • Investor support through a growing investor network.
  • Resources for home flippers seeking opportunities in the Fairbanks market.

One recent addition is the availability of limited-assistance flat-rate listings in selected situations. This option gives certain homeowners another way to sell their property while receiving professional guidance at a different pricing structure. It reflects the brokerage’s effort to provide services that match different client needs, rather than relying on a single approach.

Williams is also expanding beyond traditional residential transactions. The business is building an investor group and a home flipper group for people interested in purchasing, renovating, and managing investment properties.

These communities allow investors to exchange ideas, discuss opportunities, and connect with professionals involved in local real estate.

The focus on community also takes marketing into account. Rather than depending heavily on large national advertising platforms, the brokerage plans to continue investing in direct communication and social media. This enables the team to share local market updates, educational content, and property information with people living in or moving to the Fairbanks area.

Partnership With Alex Hormozi

A significant step is scheduled for September, when Williams plans to partner with entrepreneur Alex Hormozi to strengthen hiring systems and long-term business strategy. The partnership is expected to support future team development while maintaining the company’s emphasis on service quality as it grows.

Further hiring and expansion plans are already in place for 2027. As more professionals join the brokerage, the goal is to build a business where every client receives personal attention while giving agents the systems they need to succeed.

A Local Vision With Long-Term Purpose

The launch of The Real Estate Collective is not just the opening of another brokerage. It reflects a long-term plan with local knowledge, consistent service, and thoughtful growth at the center. Strong sales performance has provided momentum, but the larger goal is creating a company that continues serving Fairbanks for years to come.

Nic Williams combined experienced leadership, practical technology, expanded service options, and ongoing investment in people to lay the foundation for a brokerage designed around the needs of its community.

The company continues to grow, but the direction remains steady: stay connected to local clients, continue improving the customer experience, and build lasting relationships.
